Billing FAQ
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?No. There is no long-term contract. Choose monthly or yearly billing, and cancel anytime. If you cancel, your account stays active through the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer discounts?Yes. Pay for a year up front and get 2 months free. Need higher volume or a custom arrangement? Talk to us.
What are my payment options?American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Prefer an annual invoice paid by check? Email billing@thankutext.com.
How billing works
Monthly plans are charged on or around your signup anniversary each month. Yearly plans are prepaid once a year (2 months free).
Your Platform plan includes 1,500 texts per month. If you use more, extra texts are billed in $50 blocks of 500.
Overage from the previous billing cycle is added to your next charge. On yearly billing, that may appear as a separate monthly charge for the extra texts.
